The biggest difference between my work and most other web developers is that I don't use page builders like Wix or WordPress. My websites are completely custom coded. This is important for a number of reasons. My sites have improved security, better load times, better responsiveness, lowered costs, better maintainability, more customizability, there’s no need to constantly update anything, and there isn’t a need for plugins which bloat the code and slow the site down. The end result is an overall higher quality product that will make your business look more professional.

It typically takes me about 2-3 weeks to finish a site from start to finish but is all dependent on how soon each client is able to respond to each message. If need be, I am able to finish sites within a week as long as communication is fast.

The maintenance includes anything on page that needs updating. Images, text, and small layout changes are all included. Bigger changes like new pages or sections are not included and are a seperate charge in most cases. In most cases, the answer is no. Since all of my websites are completely custom coded and don't use a page builder like Wix or WordPress, unless you know how to code you won't be able to update the website. If making your own updates is a specific need for your business, I can integrate a content management system (CMS) that allows you to make edits and fits your businesses requirements.

Not always. If you have more customers than you can handle, then having a website might not be the best idea, unless you're prepared for even more enquiries. However, if you're looking to expand or you’ve noticed a lot of your clients asking the same questions, then a website could be a great solution. It can help improve communication and provide important information upfront.
